If you don’t have SSH access, ask support to help you:
- Remove the directory /home/mrssteel/public_html/blook
- Untar /home/mrssteel/fantastico_backups/blook.backup.1188063703.tgz
- Empty the database mrssteel_wrdp1
- Import the file /home/mrssteel/fantastico_backups/blook/backup.sql into the database mrssteel_wrdp1
- Move /home/mrssteel/fantastico_backups/blook to /home/mrssteel/public_html/blook
